should you play this game? no go play dark souls 3 instead.
once you get to the end game here there is nothing to really do except pvp.
game cycle goes like this:
get crushed
farm runes
become overpowered
stomp on everything
move to the next area
get crushed
repeat

once you realize that you've done everything
the character you spent time creating is kinda useless, there's no replayable endgame content.
nothing. the story of your tarnished is nonsensical and amounts to absolutely nothing.
all you get for beating the game is a cutscene of your character sitting on a throne.
you will never feel as though you've really gotten better at the game, because it will never allow you to. the class system is very bad and after levelling up all the novelty goes away because you get diminishing returns from stats and there aren't really good multi-stat spells or weapons that combine more than 2 stats because it's ususally split damage which is pretty terrible in this game because of how the defense system works.

but that alone isn't enough to give a negative review.
the DLC is outright unfair unless you use the wiki to find the required items to progress, which most of the time are hidden in a random crack, behind a random illusory wall.
and the main reason why im annoyed at this game is that the modding support is non-existent and the settings are not very complete. you need to download a whole mod just to disable visual effects like chromatic aberration. also the game doesn't always run smooth even on a great PC. it's the whole AAA graphics problem, it's just not optimised very well for smaller screens where half the details will go unnoticed anyways.
