I've only very briefly played the new Realms of Arkania..... it was a mess. Pretty broken game at release. I've heard that it's more stable now, I may have to check it out again. The original Realms of Arkania series is one that I really never played back when they were new, only tried them recently.

Basically it's the first Avernum I've ever played. It's nice but not so enjoyable as MMX-L. Still it's enjoyable and for the low price very worth it. Battles are a bit (just a bit) like the old Realms of Arkania. Have your played that new Realms of Arkania game? Was it as good or disappointing?

How's the Avernum remake? I haven't had a chance to play it yet. Only played a couple of Spiderweb's games (briefly) a while back.
