Hello, if you're here because you think I'm "fake lagging" in TF2 : I have no idea why it does that. I'm directly wired to my router and to this day I still have no idea why some people see me lag. When looking up this issue on the internet you can find some people posting about it on reddit but nobody really knows why the game does that.
I dev games sometimes as well so my opinion on the issue : The lag compensator of the game is simply just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and not only it is thinking that I'm lagging, but also displaying my ping on the TAB menu often as 5 or generally a really low number. I believe my internet connection is somehow messing with the game servers in a way that appears laggy to a large number of users.
I've talked about this issue in the past on reddit posts and some people have straight up accused me of lying and accused me of cheating :-/
