The latest entry in the tide series and inspired by Left for Dead and Counter Strike Darktide is multiplayer fun well worthwhile at a discount. It is Vermintide II with an easy one button weapon swap mechanic added. I am a level 17 Psyker at the time of review. Lives a little in the shadow of its rattie masterpiece sister series , however is serious fun and is the prettiest game yet from this studio.

Smooth first person melee - gun fighting , very intuitive and responsive swapping and each weapon is meaningful.
Stunning graphics and immersion. Perfect dialogue returns from VT II
Music deserves its own mention

Felt loss of the compelling premade characters in Vermintide , a new character creator has been added. Limited options.
Depending on how you feel about playing multiple characters, you are able to ' finish ' a class in Darktide.
