The Grind Never Stops...

This Yakuza Game boldly switches from one protagonist to four. Overall I think this was executed well, and out of 0, Kiwami, Kiwami 2, 3 remastered, and 4 remastered I would consider this game to be second only to 0.

The 4 protagonists fight largely different, and add some much appreciated variety to the combat. This by no means equates to 4 equally balanced characters, but I don't think this is a problem. Kiryu is by far the character with the most options and heat moves, but that is to be expected from his history, and there would be no reason to cut moves Kiryu had from 3.

The best thing 4 remastered does for me is Tanimura. It might just be because I'm used to playing as Kiryu, but I found Tanimura to be the most fun character to play as. He feels the most distinct from Kiryu, and has an interesting personality and story. I love the police radio he has that alerts him to crime in the area, allowing you to easily do optional police missions often.

I mean I think you know what you're getting into if you're considering buying this game, and compared to the previous entries I see no reason why not to play this game.
