The band was formed in 1994,[1] and was originally composed of Steve Harvey (vocals), Kevin Grand Dad (drums), hgggreg (guitar), and Chip Da Ripper (bass). They are known for space jam mashups such as "the sun hi the sun im dad" (420), "Established communism" (1917), and a cover of Santana "Smooth" (1999), all of which were featured on the soundtrack for the animated film 7 Grand Dad.
