The ultimate modern competitive shooter.

Siege is an ever evolving FPS that simply doesn't get old. With constant content additions, meta changes, occasional events, Its safe to say that rainbow six is the only E-sports 5v5 shooter that doesn't bore you with time.

The game is well optimised, running both DX11 and VULKAN variants, so that anyone with a low-end to decent system can sport 60fps at 1080p. Higher end systems easily crossing the 200-300fps mark, even on high.

While true, Ubisoft is known to have substandard servers, which is reflected in Siege, Ubisoft has always worked to stabilise their servers, and I'm sure siege will see many more servers to come. (hopefully 128 tick servers, fingers crossed).

The developers also respond to community feedback, taking into account a lot of balancing changes requested by the players, and even adding many features that players have been asking for, such as a match replay system that will be released soon, and even a death-match mode to help players warm up has been rumoured.

The only downside to the title is the extremely steep learning curve. Raw aim doesn't have that much of an impact on gameplay(although useful), compared to other titles like CSGO or Valorant. This is because of the uncountable game mechanics linked to each operator and their respective gadgets and abilities, the numerous sites to play on each map, and the even more numerous ways to set up each site.

Nevertheless, this adds to the spirit of Siege, as it was always intended to be a realistic, competitive shooter.

Considering the game goes on sale often, I'd highly recommend you pick up Siege, and give it a try. Thanks! ..
