Not gonna lie, I can't keep count of how many times I died because of bs RNG or millisecond decisions you have to take here and there. However that didn't stop me from continuing and pushing on. And all of that for those juicy achievements and a nice spot on my profile page.

After I had finished Afterbirth+ and gotten all of those achievements, I was extremely relieved, hoping to never ever touch this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game again. However, when Repentance dropped and I couldn't resist the urge to purchase it, I was also met with a new set of achievements. On the verge of deleting my Steam account, I decided to go through with the horror that would await me.

At first I thought I just had to complete 2 new characters entirely, plus 2 new completion marks that got added for each character. Didn't seem like a big deal...

Until my friend told me that EACH character had a "Tainted" version, requiring you to complete those characters ENTIRELY as well. He told me I couldn't do it, so I tried to beat Repentance as well.

Absolutely no clue how many 100+ hours I pumped into those new characters, one thing's for certain:

F*CK PRE v.1.75 TAINTED LAZARUS AND JACOB & ESAU. The newest update made them possible to actually play and thank f*cking god I didn't have to spend 200+ more hours into those characters alone.

Furthermore, I enjoyed my time with most new additions :))

10/10 game. if you got suicidal thoughts, don't pick this game up
