Just accept the fact that you're much better of with "Tyrano", or some of the other free visual novel engines like "Ren'Py",

rigs may dont work cuz model has too many bones.
if you wanna rig it, you can use autorigger tools from workshop. (i hope auto rigger work, i didn't test it....
