I went into this game expecting a coop Half Life and what I got was a crafting survival game with a linear story. usually I wouldn't recommend a game like this as in my short hours with Abiotic, I can see it slowly creeping into the repetition of the genre HOWEVER Abiotic Factor has something different that is quite hard to describe, think Portal/Half Life/SCP all bundled in a cute retro package with a surprising amount of charm.

After 13 hours in game I can say that Abiotic Factor struggles hard with the repetition of constant fetch quests and tedious backtracks through the same corridors with the same enemies. the game has charm but its a very hard ordeal to sit through hours of the same exact tasks.

Lethal Company is a good time waster while you wait for something else to download. does this make it a good game? No, the 'good' aspect of Lethal Company comes from the fun made with the friends you choose to play with and the mods you choose to use.

I cannot recommend vanilla but modded can be entertaining.

If you like generic open world survival games then this is for you.

Enshrouded isn't a good game, its basic and has some fundamental flaws.
I cannot suggest this at full price but if you're in my scenario and had the game gifted then there's a couple hours of fun

its alright, scratches the horde mode itch but does get stale very quickly.
visually bland but gameplay is fun enough that you can ignore it.
Upgrades are fun while learning but quickly devolve into choosing the same two paths
Quests are very simple and quick which makes a quick easter egg run very possible
bosses are a joke lol but they are super fun to fight with friends

This game just isn't fun.

The campaign is one of the most rushed and ill thought pieces of content that I have ever had the displeasure of playing.

The Multiplayer is a cesspool of broken servers and SBMM that puts the intensity of your local crackhead to shame.

The Zombies is so half assed that im starting to think Battle Toads is worthy of GOTY

its pretty much star wars with better graphics
