In my opinion ICO update made squad different from other casual shooters like csgo, run'n'gun is no more. Now you need to plan more, manage your sprint and get bit slower. Encounters got more fun because they are longer and more rewarding for your patience and precision, but I think there is place for some tweaking of the sway etc. For me it's great
