Pretty fun, but I had a weird glitch where the grow/shrink controls would randomly change from S & G on the keyboard to up and down on the scroll wheel.

Great music and visuals, though, so it wasn't too bothersome.

Not for me. Minimal style and no substance.

This feels more like a proof of concept than a full game, but hopefully some updates in the future (like NG+) can remedy that for me.

Combat is very bizarre; because there is no EXP/Leveling system in the game, there is little incentive to fight enemies other than to grab random loot drops or just to get them off your back. You can also end up rushing through levels just to find any items in chests while looking for the next resting point. That being said, the boss fights were fun and rewarding to learn.

I'm sure I would have had more fun playing with friends, but I still enjoyed this game as an idea. It did end up becoming a bit repetitive at the end, however.

Also, the fishing was nice, if not very easy and a bit visually buggy.

I like how intuitive the controls are, as you can play the game with just the mouse and no keyboard. The colors can be interesting for visual designs when they aren't overlapping with game mechanics, like the usage of yellow. With the gameplay, it is very simple but can sporadically leap in difficulty due to the puzzle-like nature of the game. Some solutions feel like there is only one way to actually win, but various objects are placed around the map to give you a bit more breathing room.

The sounds aren't the best (the sitar playing is nice, but is often taken over by loud bass-y atmospheric booms) and some achievement descriptions can be incredibly vague, resulting in a good amount of trial-and-error or looking it up online. Still, some of the level designs and set pieces are fun enough to make replaying less of a chore and more of an adventure.

Still, I had a fun time for the money and time I put into it. Just maybe don't overthink the achievements, it is mostly just flavor text.

Fun concept, though it felt like old anomalies wouldn't reappear until I correctly identified each anomaly in the game at least once, which was a frustrating ordeal. Still, it took less than an hour, so I can't be too upset.

A pretty great game overall. I may have had a better time if I wasn't so focused on completing all the challenges, but they were still entertaining, even if 5 or 6 of them were luck-dependent. The music is catchy and never overstays its welcome, though it can feel a bit samey at times.

I'd recommend it, just because its a simple but fun shooter. But there's no reason to complete it, just get to the credits.

A fantastic action/exploration game overall, but it really should be played rather than discussed. Music is stellar, and the visuals can be really unique at times. I had one or two moments where I had to look up a guide because I was completely lost, but it was just as fun figuring things out on my own. Highly recommend!

A solid puzzle-exploration game that can feel like it is playing itself at times. A very simplistic control scheme of moving, jumping, (rarely) grabbing, and slapping, it is the humor and visuals that keep the gameplay feeling fun and energetic. The music is nice too, but I really appreciate that the game is Steam Deck verified, as it feels perfect for the kind of game that this is.

My only suggestions are to add a chapter select or some kind of cutscene skip after beating the game at least once, as it can become a major drag to play through again just to unlock one or two achievements that you missed the first time. Otherwise, this is a fun game to waste a few hours on as you enjoy the sights and sounds of a standard English towne.

A solid end to the trilogy of games, with some neat scooter action and good music to boot. Otherwise, it is very similar to the second game, which is not a bad thing at all.

A great experience that can be a bit bogged down by some awkward level design and enemy placement. I bought this because I enjoyed watching people play the original CD-I games years ago, but I really think this is also a great standalone title for anyone who is into action-platformers with some puzzles mixed in.

There is an overwhelming amount of backtracking, but the game also has some neat intentional sequence breaks that can clear up the monotony and rewards replayability. But my other major gripe comes from the unlocks in the game, as you have to:

1. Beat 'Classic/Normal' Difficulty to unlock 'Hero' Difficulty and 'Boss Rush'
2. Beat Hero to unlock 'Classic' Difficulty
3. Beat Classic to unlock 'Oneshot' Mode
4. Beat Oneshot to unlock 'Cheats', with one of the cheat codes (found online) including another mode called 'Seedy Eye Mode'

and you need to clear Steps 1-3 to even have a chance to unlock all the achievements in the game, meaning a minimum of 3 playthoughs with minimal changes other than more damage received, new enemy placements, and a 'continue' system for Classic.

Other than all of that, I really enjoyed the music and visuals, even though the visuals could sometimes make platforming a little awkward. But I still recommend this game, just maybe not 100% completing it.
