Played the BF franchise since I was 12 (this is my second BF4 account). It surely went down the drain after BF1 and never recovered but BF4 is still a lively fun game to play.

Back when DICE LA picked it up and patched up the game because DICE in Stockholm could not care less it is an awesome solid game even after all this time. I have nothing much to say to the gameplay as it is really solid and enjoyable, beside the suppression system that can get annoying. You can be serious about it or just goof around, the game allows it and it is hella fun. My only remark would be to the community of this game that has really changed since the old days.

The game is all around fine but yeah, VEHICLES are strong if you know how to use em...nothing can much beat a veteran vehicle player but they are a small number of maps where a single player can ruin the server. So what I want warn you about is that recently on EU servers you will endlessly encounter disgustingly stacked teams full of vehicle wh0res <3 So most of the time you click on a server you just see one team outrageously loosing while the other team barely lost any tickets. Sure the community servers have autobalancers, HA but dont let yourself be fooled. The only idiot that will be tossed around is you! Yet if you try to play with a friend...gee please. You dont need your friend to be on your team but surely the 5 players on the enemy team who are destroying the server the 4th time in a row need to be docking each other.

So yeah, the game is awesome, go buy it, sometimes goes for really cheap with the premium but sometimes it is a complete nuisance to play because of the players (mostly on EU servers). You will encounter a lot of veterans and MANY MANY toxic people but that is easy to ignore. The game is mostly just hindered by outrageously sweaty people who think that being a complete douchebag is a redeeming quality within the gaming community.

Stay out of the community of this game and just enjoy playing the game clueless like a newborn to this world and I guarantee you that you will have fun.

PS: Stop yapping about the singleplayer. BF games always had a wack story and always will have. It is a rule not a fact.
