Well its just Skyrim with all DLCs, better looks and smoother performance. They just made a more modern and more optimized version of Skyrim. I got it for free so I'm pretty happy with it. You could easily reach the looks of this game in the original Skyrim with some modding though, so this version isnt a real must have if you want a better looking Skyrim.
