A beautifully, well-crafted game. One of the hardest, most frustrating, yet rewarding games that I have ever played. In short, the old owner of The Manor has killed himself after unearthing the eldritch horrors buried deep beneath his home. His name is the Ancestor. The Ancestor talks to you often throughout the game, in short but memorable quotes. There are so many aspects of the game that I don't think you could get a grasp of everything in 200 or even 300 hours (including DLC and workshop content). For once, I have nothing bad to say about a game, art is lovely, music appealing, and the story impeccable. The tactical combats are intense, intriguing, and stressful. You will always have something new to learn in this game. That's all I have to say, and remember that overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer.

10/10 would play, buy, and recommend again.
