I'm ONLY recommending this game because the gameplay loop and playable vault hunters, DLC included, are the most polished and satisfying in the entire series, maybe the whole damn looter-shooter genre.

Every piece of criticism you're reading about the main storyline and dialogues (Ava is a mistake) is deserved and warranted. Main villains are so pathetic it's a mercy-killing when you finally get to them. Rushed the fights just to get them to stop talking. They killed my favorite characters in the series also.

I'm actually finally writing this review just to say this: I have never seen a triple-A title get abandoned so fast. Gearbox went to go get some milk and left BL3 standing on the curb.
