To The Top is one of the few VR games I've found that fully utilizes the flexibility and opportunities provided by being a VR title.

It has a slight storyline, however it is barely present and the main enjoyment of the game stems from soaring about the skylines of various environments as you progress through the levels. Each level is unique and interesting, spanning from a robot that moves as you fly up it, to a Japanese style pagoda full of beautiful ponds. Some are better designed than others, but all are enjoyable to play through and collect the medals.

I've had an amazing time competing with my friends as to who can collect the most medals and score the best times, and I'm currently just waiting for them to catch up.

As a final point, contrary to what you may think intuitively, you do not actually need to swing your arms to launch yourself through the air. This isn't explicitly stated, so I spent my first 5 hours in the game swinging my arms around like an idiot before I discovered you just have to point and click.
