It's not about skill gap. " Good players " have no skill. They abuse drag and accel exploits and such.

No new player wants to stick around and get hit with attacks they have zero defense against.

Jpegs, twisties, waterfalls, cucumbers, pickles, this is all exploit stuff people use AND MORE that essentially give your average player zero chance.
