This was my first ever Souls-like, and it kicked my ass in the best way possible. The writing is amazing, the characters are likeable (except Firth, all my homies hate Firth), and the world is absolutely amazing. I love the art style, and the overall theme of the game 10/10 for me.

Now that I've beaten it using adaptations and stowaways, I'll play it as more of a "true" Souls-like experience. But as a first timer to the genre, this game was truly amazing start to finish.
