Hi Huo-Long Enthusiast! As a free to play game, we use in-game purchases to fund our server costs and ensure that Sentience stays live for everyone to play. The $15 addition is a way to support the game and share it with your friends!

We have found that if our players attempt to queue snipe each other, a four man group can normally get into a lobby together without much trouble.
