The hit detection is a joke. RNG dictates all fights. Recoil reminds you that you are not actually aiming your gun, you're rolling the dice to see if you're allowed to deal damage.

PVP boils down to abusing the corner of your screen to get a further view than your enemy and wiggling is god. If you can strafe left and right, or generally do anything to cheese the terrible aiming this game has, you'll have a better chance.

Satisfying as breaking a stalemate may be, watching the respawn timer tick down from 20-30 seconds once every two or three minutes is incredibly boring. There's no gameplay loop other than respawn and rush back to the unlooted bodies at the chokepoints you'll be stuck at. You'd think a top down logistics simulator wouldn't have such garbage combat, it may not be the entire game, but it's the most important part and it's terrible.
