A long time. In-game, it goes from the start of Operation Husky (so July 43 I think) to August 1945 (at which point the Reich gets flattened with Nukes if Berlin hasn't already fallen).
For the players, I dunno. I haven't completed a Grand Campaign yet. Me and my opponent are managing roughly 1 turn per day, and a campaign that lasted until May 1945 would be 91 turns. So i'd guess somewhere between 100 and 110 days, if you play like 0.9 turns per day?
If the game lasts until August 1945, that is 111 turns.
