Early Access Review
As of right now, Abiotic Factor is my favorite crafting survival game out of the ones I have played, and I have played a lot.
Abiotic has a wonderful vibe to it, with the sound track, the ambiance of the facility, the gathering of materials. With friends it is even more fun, making a base in your desired location and engaging in the cooking mechanics to become Base Mom. There is a lot of fun to be had with friends while exploring the various other dimensions.

There are secrets to be found and pests to be cooked, so let's get to work science team.

Lunacid is a very, very special game.
I bought it when it was in early access and fell in love with the vibe of it. I knew I would come back when it hit 1.0 and I finally got the time to do just that.

I explored EVERYTHING and did as much without a guide as I could, and I had already decided this was definitely my personal fave indie game on full-release within 2023, and one of my top 5 indie games on Steam in general. Then I got all the other endings and I was just blown away by the presentation.

For the gameplay, I grew up with games like King's Field and Eternal Ring, though I never personally played Shadow Tower. I love the gameplay, and I think it absolutely NAILS the feel it is going for.
For the music, this soundtrack is insanely good. Going between some really nice, chill vibes that make me relax to a really deeply scary ambient feel.
For the look of the game, once again I think it nails the aesthetic it is going for and you have options you can change for screen effects or just have it clean. Weapon designs are all awesome, same goes for the enemy designs and the level design itself is really good, especially when you take into account stuff like exploration abilities later on that make traversal a lot more open-ended in certain maps.
I do not have many gripes and I personally didn't run into a lot of bugs, but I DID have one bug at the tail end that made me have to re-do the final boss fight, but that wasn't too big of a deal.

I personally give Lunacid a 10/10, and I recommend that if you like RPGs and especially the dungeon-crawling FPS RPGs from back in the day that we don't really get nowadays, you treat yourself to this game.
Playing through this reminded me that I still need to play through Kira's other games, as they are an extremely talented and fun creator. I look forward to anything more done in the future. <3

Genuinely, one of the best RPG Maker games I have ever played. I was very reluctant at first, this game kicked my teeth in over and over and over and over. Eventually though, I started figuring small things out.
What limbs to target, which enemies to avoid, when to know if I am ready to fight those previously avoided enemies, how to save my game, how to manage Hunger and Sanity well. All of it added up until eventually, I was able to get two of the endings this massive as interesting game has to offer. It is a lot like other games, it SOUNDS scaring to start over and the fact the layout is different sometimes can throw you off, but now you know where to go, what to do and where to search for things. Go into this game as blind as you can, but don't allow yourself to fall out of it because of difficulty.

If the game DOES prove too difficult, use wikis and stuff like that to help you. This game is overall wonderful, has some bugs in it but for most part, nothing game breaking.
I hope this developer is proud of what they have made, and I look forward to playing the second game!

I have played 77+ hours on Steam and roughly around 140+ hours on PS5, four playthroughs altogether. I got all achievements on here and almost all on PS5.
The way this game released is unforgivable, as well as the lack of promised features was something we shouldn't forget happened.

BUT they have suffered consequences from this, and have worked tirelessly to get this game into a really, really solid and memorable experience. I do not normally write reviews for games, but considering how much love I have for this one after all this time I need to give it a positive and recommend it to everyone who likes a gameplay loop with a really satisfying character progression and some really meaty and satisfying combat. Mods help a lot as well, but CDPR has gone all-in and put in free DLC for even more OFFICIAL mod support from them. Hats off to them, excited for both update 1.7 and the expansion in 2023.

NSR is a wonderful game. It has a unique vibe, a lovely art style and an OUTSTANDING soundtrack. I couldn't recommend this game more.
HOWEVER there are some problems that still persist even in the Encore Edition. While it is VASTLY improved from the initial release, there are still moments of clunky controls and small input glitches. They usually fix themselves pretty quick though, so if you can get around that you are ready for the most joyful indie experience I have had in a very, very long time.

Vigil is a really, genuinely fun game. It has a few small issues when it comes down to game feel, especially at the start. However, this game becomes smooth as butter as you keep playing and unlocking moves. It has a LOT of things you can do to cheese both XP and money, if that is something you like to do. The story itself is pretty good, it kept me engaged all the way until the end.

Boss design is pretty good, really gritty and gross looking enemies which is exactly what they were going for. The only slight issue I have is I kinda wish it would give you warning throughout the few parts in the game where if you go past them you FAIL some sidequests unless they were completed, but that is backed-up with the function to save; to which I add ROTATE YOUR SAVES REGULARLY, AND SAVE ALL THE TIME.

I would say Vigil is one of the most solid and fun 7.5/10's I have ever played.

Hoo boy, this game is a really good one.
It has some issues and bugs, such as a few small things like sometimes when too much audio plays at once, it can have some audio clipping where some audio will straight up overwrite a current one completely. (Example: Using fire blades and attacking multiple times at once will cause it to play OVER itself.)
HOWEVER the gameplay itself is really really good. You have skills to upgrade, moves to unlock with every weapon with it's corresponding class.
Strength has three weapons; Hammer, Great Sword and Sword
Finesse also has three: Daggers, Bows and Faeblades
Magic, if you couldn't guess, has three; Scepters, Staffs and Chakrams
There is a genuine feel of progression with your character and the gameplay feels very weighty and satisfying as a action RPG

Story wise? Well, that is where it is very...bland. Not bad, not good, just cliche and tropey-fantasy story but the voice acting is SUPERB for every character. This has some big-wig voice actors and had a ton of massively-talented devs, excluding the dude that actually came up with it.
I give this game a solid 7/10 and I would say to get it if it's 30 bucks. Anything lower is a steal for a game with so much content.
