I really like this pack. Well for one thing it has a frog in it so it gets a +1 just for that. Also bears, birds, zebras, camels, butterflies, elephants, etc.

I like that the piece size of the puzzles runs small, usually 100-200 for most of them, a few in the 300s and that's as high as it goes. That's my preferred size because I can finish the puzzle quickly. For those who prefer larger size puzzles you'll be disappointed in this pack.

This is not your usual match 3 game. This game is jam packed with content. At times it's like a puzzle; rather than just mindlessly matching you have to match with a purpose. There are item that have to be dropped off the bottom of the board by making matches under them. But also there's the Butterfly and another similar item that will move in the direction of a match made next to it. For instance if you make a match on the butterfly's left then it will move one space to the left. The goal is to get it to an edge of the board.

There are the usual chained gems where you have to make a match to unchain the gem and then another match to get rid of the gem. A new addition in this game to the series is webbed gems that don't disappear when matched. They can be destroyed by the hammer, a useful item that becomes available for use once a certain number of gems have been matched (it has a circle that slowly fills up with color to indicate when the hammer will be ready) and then it can destroy one gem at first and more once the upgrade is purchased. Another new feature is the compass which switches the direction that gems "fall" if a match is made by it. As in previous games of this series there are the annoying snails, turtles, spiky balls, and rocks.

In addition to the match 3 levels there are also "find the difference" mini games that can be unlocked and played. You have to get a number of pearls from the special pearl levels to unlock the mini games.

Since this is the Collector's Edition I assume there is game+ content, though I have yet to finish the main game to verify that. If so then there will be a whole extra game available to be played once the main game is finished. So it's like getting two games for the price of one. Keep that in mind when looking at the price, you get a whole lot more than you pay for.

I highly recommend the Jewel Match games to players who want a bit of extra challenge to the usual match 3 game. Also the music is pleasant in the background. Alas for story lovers I'm sorry to tell you there is no story in these games, but you do get to build a castle using the gold you earn during the match 3 levels. You buy pieces of the castle and build it little by little throughout the game.

Short but sweet. I love these games even though it takes less than an hour to finish. Despite the kid-like cartoony graphics this game can be difficult at times and I've had to use the hint button to find the last difference that is eluding me.

The Viki Spotter games are "spot the difference" type games. You are given two scenes, one on top of the other, that at first glance appear to be the same but there are 10 or so differences and you need to click on them and find them all. Some of the differences are big and obvious and some are tiny and you have to look closely to spot them. The music is the exact same music in every game.

These are great games for kids. If they get frustrated and can't find the last difference then they can click on the hint button and it will highlight the difference. And they are also good games for adults for like finding hidden objects.

This is the worst match 3 game I've ever played. Well first of all it's not technically "match 3" since you have to match at least 4, and you are given a random butterfly to place somewhere on the board instead of swapping two already on the board as is typical of the match 3 genre. But those minor differences are not why I'm giving this game a negative rating, something I rarely do. This game is so basic, it's boring.

There are two modes: play until you can't make matches fast enough and endless play (which is pointless and boring because it literally never ends).

And there's a slightly annoying voice instead of just a chime sound effect.

There's absolutely no story just the same boring gameplay. I've played games on my phone that were more interesting than this game. I'm getting a refund. What a disappointment.

A nice match 3 game with a story and town building. I completed the game (on the easiest setting) and got all achievements in 10 hours. It will take a bit more if you choose a higher difficulty setting.

I think this game is made by the same developers that made that magic school match 3 game series, because it has similar power-ups and sounds and special things like lava blocks. For me the magic school ones were more fun because the story was upbeat, just purchase items to decorate for halloween. This game has a more serious story and the soundtrack sounds like medieval theme. Basically some big bad guy and his evil minions came through and destroyed the village and we have to rebuild everything. Earn gold during the match 3 levels to purchase buildings. You also earn green stars to purchase power-ups.

There are 4 power-ups and unlike in the magic school games where they recharge over time, in Storm Tale you purchase the power-ups and only have a small amount so don't waste them or be frivilous in their use because you will run out. You have a daily chance of getting a couple free power-ups from the treasure chest game--basically pick a chest out of six and get a random power-up or some green stars. I found my best chance of getting powe-ups instead of just a handful of green stars is to choose from the middle column.

The power-ups are:

Sword - removes a tile/icon
Axe - removes a block, stone, chains, or metal tile (does not work on fire blocks)
Whirlwind - takes all the icons and randomly rearranges them
Lightning (my favorite) - removes all of one type of icons (i.e. all of the bread icrons) -- handy for chained icons and iced ones.

In addition to power-ups you get bombs of different sizes when you match 4, 5, or 6 icons.

Achievements are pretty easy, most of them you get by playing (like remove a certain number of tiles) but there are also some you have to do like play 25 levels in a row and play 6 days in a row. A little irritating but not hard to get. As I said I got everything in 10 hours.

My only complaint is it's too short, though there are 100 levels. Maybe I should try it on hard difficulty and see how long it takes me!

This game is similar to Pixel Puzzles Ultimate except there's no Kiosk and no gold pieces but only the blue pieces used to purchase hints. Also like PPU this game is free and has some free puzzles but there are also packs of puzzles that can be purchased as DLC.

The focus of this game is on Illustrations and Anime pictures. There are the typical pretty girl images (no racy pics) and there are also various illustrations. The Dinosaurs pack is especially good.

In addition to the free starter puzzles there are the occasional free Flash Puzzles which are only available to play for a certain amount of time.

The cut-outs vary from traditional ones to weird ones to ones that look like they are all squares. You have no control over that, it is set for each image to have a different cut-out. Personally I prefer traditional cut-out and do not care for the wild and crazy cut-outs because the wild ones make it more difficult for me to finish the puzzle. It's not bad if the puzzle has 200 pieces but if it has 500 pieces and weird shapes then it is more torture than fun. But to each his own.

Music: I turned it off and listen to podcasts while I puzzle so I can't comment on the quality of the music.

There are different backgrounds you can choose from that surround the puzzle area. Personally I find many of them distracting and just go with a simple plain colored background.

There are settings where you can choose if the pieces spin in the "river", how fast they spin and move, etc. So you can tailor the game to your liking.

I think this is a great addition to the Pixel Puzzle games.

You get your money's worth in this game. Over 50 hours in and I've completed the game but have not gotten all the achievements. In addition to the main game, the pre-made levels, there are also bonus games: mahjong,, super size levels, challenge levels, two-match solitaire levels, and solitaire variants including favorites like Klondike, Spider, Freecell, and Pyramid. And they give you a ton of those bonus levels, enough for a full game by itself.

The main game is played by what is sometimes called up/down solitaire where you match cards based on if their number is higher or lower. For instance, say you have a 5 in your deck. You can match that with either a 4 or a 6. The fun part of this style of solitaire is making chains, long runs where you keep matching until you have to draw. An example of a chain is: 5, 6, 7, 6, 7, 8, 7, 6, 5, etc. going up and down stratigically.

The Collector's Edition content includes a whole extra game! Plus more bonus levels and solitaire variants to unlock. So you get basically two games in one. Definitely worth the money.

A fun feature are the Fish Quests that unlock as you progress along. Each Quest has a certain number of things to do in order to unlock that fish, usually a mahjong level, a super size level, a challenge level, or a solitaire variant. Once those levels are completed the new fish is unlocked and will appear in the background and on the Castle building screen.

That's another feature of Jewel Match games: building Castles. Each game has, I think, five castles, so with the CE levels that would make ten castles altogether. You build the castles piece by piece by buying them with the green jewels you find in the solitaire levels. When you have enough it takes you to the castle screen and you choose between several building choices.

Difficulty Options: I played on easy or casual, whatever it's called, which is untimed and wild cards appear more often. There is also a timed version and a hard version where wild cards do not appear very often. You choose how you like to play, and you can change it at any time. Play one level on easy and the next on hard, whatever you like to do.

The music is calm and soothing in this game, I like it and find myself humming it after I'm done playing and I go about my day.

There are various card backs to choose from and a few card fronts.

It's easy and boring. There is no title screen, no options, nothing. It just starts with all the circles on a small screen. No full screen. This looks like a crappy cell phone game. I'm getting a refund. I don't know how this game got all those positive reviews.

Great artwork, funky music. It took me less than 15 minutes to find them all but I count it money well spent. Seriously the artwork is amazing and the music track is cool. I can see me loading this game up just to let the music play while I do something else online. Whenever a new "100 Hidden" game comes out it's an "insta-buy" for me. Highly recommended especially for those who like hidden object games.

BEST "100 Hidden" GAME EVER!!!!!!!

Ok I might be slightly biased because it's frogs and my avatar is a frog and my nickname is Froggy.

This is a seek and find game where you have to find all 100 frogs hidden in the original artwork. It can be difficult because the frogs are not all the same shape or size. And they tend to blend into the background.

I love this guy's artwork style. And I find it ironic that a game that takes about 10 minutes to play (for an adult, a child will take longer) has artwork that took who knows how many hours to draw.

And the music is good too. Each "100 Hidden" game I have played has had different music. Kind of funky and hip, it's hard for me to describe music but this is cool stuff.

This game is free though I would gladly have paid for it and have bought several of the other 100 Hidden games as well. Even though I'm only in the game for a small amount of time it's worth it to take in the wonderful artwork and quirky music.
