hello have completed this game 100% did all the achievements but this game doesnt appear on my perfect game count why is that ?

Can there be a restart once you finish the game and find them all? I tried to uninstall since there doesn’t appear to be a cloud save but it still saved my progress. Would love to play more and get some more play time on it since I tend to reply these several times :)...
