Im_An_Otter enjoys working without supervision and always continues to carry out duties effectively. But also knows when a supervisor’s advice or authority is required, and seeks help at the appropriate time. Needs a supervisor to give instructions, but after receiving them gets on with the job. However, sometimes needs to come back and ask for more guidance. Keen to put their own ideas across, but Im_An_Otter does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others. Im_An_Otter likes to work with problems and enjoys problem-solving sessions. They present ideas and solutions but these are sometimes limited or unworkable.
