Drinking and partying rules:
1. No alcohol shall be consumed before 5 pm. The only exceptions are on weekends or sporting events, in which case the time is adjusted to 12 o'clock noon. This time restriction is waved for allday-concert festivals.
2. The only time it's ever acceptable to drink in the morning is if you're still partying and drinking from the night before. If you gone to sleep at any time during the party, you are no longer partying and thus not allowed to consume any alcohol.
3. If someone does fall asleep at a party, it is only acceptable to fu*k with them while they are sleeping, if they have fallen asleep with their shoes on. This indicates that they drank too much, couldn't hold their liqour and passed out. In which case they do deserve the penis drawling on their forehead. The only exception to the shoe rule, is if they're wearing expensive shoes, and have covered themselves up with a blanket. If they've made any reasonable attempt to sleep like a normal person, you are the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for fu*king with them, and should be considered a party foul.
4. If somebody has passed out, it is your responsibilty to turn them over on their stomach faced down. Doing this can quite possibly save their life. If they're too drunk to roll over, there's a chance that they can choke/drown in their own vomit and die. Do not let your friends drown in their own vomit.
5. No vehicles whatsoever. It doesn't matter if you only had a sip of beer. NO VEHICLES AT ALL. Just leave them out of the equation. Even dirt bikes and 4-wheelers.
Age doesn't make you invincible, neither does alcohol and drugs, however they do make you FEEL invincible. Rules are better than pretending that these doesn't exist. That's the reality of the situation. That is the world that we're living in.
