Just glad we have a method to directly support the devs now- and that's exactly what this pack is, a way to support the devs, and get a few neat little bonus features too while you're at it. And for only $2? Pretty much no reason not to given how good the game turned out, I would've been more than happy to pay $2, or hell, at least $5 for the game in general, the fact that this price is completely optional, and that nearly all of the game's content remains completely free is nuts.

A trippy, psychedelic, fever dream-ish, awe-inspiring, slightly nightmare-inducing short little experience that is an absolute treat for anyone who's a fan of Red Vox- or hell, maybe even for someone who isn't, this wouldn't be a bad way to be introduced to the band I reckon.

I would've been perfectly happy paying $5 for something like this, especially given all of the many secrets and collectibles that are hidden across the whole thing, but the fact that it's completely free? Not really much of anything to complain about here. If you've got an hour or two of free time, and especially if you're a fan of Red Vox, boot up the game and just get immersed in to the meaty picture the game paints for you.

Edit edit edit: They SEEM to have learned from their mistakes this time, last patch was one of the best the game has ever seen, nearly every change they made was a good one. Tons of buffs, the game is now measurably more fun to play, and you have infinitely more choice in what sort of loadout you want to play, since many many many more things are viable now. Well done, but you're on thin ice Arrowhead, don't ♥♥♥♥ this up again...

Edit: Sony have reversed the forced PSN account linking update. This is a huge win for the gaming community. However, I'll be keeping the text of the original negative review I left as a reminder of what Sony attempted to do, and I recommend you all do the same as well. It's incredible that we managed to get them to walk back this change, especially THAT quickly, but now we have to stay vigilant and CONTINUE to ensure they don't try this again at a later date. Because knowing Sony, they very well might.

That all being said... this is an absolutely incredible game, one of the best co-op games of the past decade. Now that this whole fiasco has been sorted, I can go back to highly highly HIGHLY recommending this game. Even solo it's a blast and still well worth the price of admission.

Thanks to Sony, in their infinite wisdom, they're now requiring you to link a PSN account in order to play the game, most likely in order boost their numbers, and to harvest the data they'll be able to acquire from this. This not only completely locks out those who live in countries in which PSN is unavailable, meaning they'll no longer be able to play the game they paid money for (and likely be unable to get a refund thanks to Steam's policies,) but also causes a huge security risk even to those who did link their account thanks to the innumerable massive data breaches Sony has had in the past.

This is not acceptable. Vote with your wallets, or failing that, vote with your playtime, people. I'm doing my part, now you do yours. This is the only way we'll have any chance of them reversing this brain-dead, greedy, pathetic decision.

Very simple, but very fun game. It reminds me of the minigames in Stardew Valley, like if Journey of the Prairie King was its own standalone game. It can get surprisingly challenging at times as well. So, for only a buck? Definitely worth it, had a good time with it!

The first and, likely, only game in my entire Steam library which will surpass an entire year of playtime.

Pretty much a must have for any Steam user. Really adds to the potential for customization for your PC. Not really much else I can say, it's fantastic, very highly recommended.

This game is amazing. Simple as that. The only reason the user reviews aren't "overwhelmingly positive" is because of the shady dealings Rockstar did with the summer sale. I was fine with it personally, I got some free money! But I can very easily see why people had a problem with it.
