As an avid player of the Total wars series, i was disapointed with the carthaginian campaign. Everything seems hardcoded as factions declare war on you for no appearent reason, famine and slums pop out of no where with no permanent fix other than trying build those special buildings. Carthage is apparently a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and Novacarthago is basically declaring war on all its surrounding factions forcing you to be in constant state of dealing with hordes of enemies while battling at the same time nonsensical famines and insurrections in all settlements. Unenjoyable.
