I have been playing SR since the covid quarantine here and there and I feel like I should leave a review at this point.

If you're into cardio rhythm VR games this is easily the best one I've seen yet. As someone who is very used to workout I still find SR to be very body-demanding on high difficulties and thus succeeding much more than other similar titles like Beat Saber on tiring your whole body in just few songs.

Cardio-wise aside, the game is extremely fun to play. Notes are very satisfying to hit, especially the railways, and it has tons of accessibility options to make the experience both fair and immersive. It feels like an enhanced, more versatile and varied version of Beat Saber to me.

Currently the game has around 50 free songs with varied genres and many more under a (quite heavy) paycheck. You can also easily download tons of custom songs made by the community so the setlist is pretty much endless if you ever feel like it.

Along with that, some DLC songs tagged as "Experience" have unique backgrounds made for them and they are by a long shot the best rhythm experience I've had in any videogame and hopefully the game will get more budget to make more of those.

As a critique, I'd say that some songs have patterns that are too fast for my Quest 2 headset to respond in time (i.e. two notes very separated from each other, forcing me to abruptly move my arm). Alongside with that, I have found few options to perfectly sync music and visuals, though that didn't sabotage my experience.

Overall, I've been using this game as a warm-up or even a full cardio session from time to time and it succeeds on that even if you're used to these kind of exercises. All that with the addition of having tons of fun any time you play it.

If you own a VR headset this should be a must!
