Early Access Review
Building can get finicky and I personally never play consistently but it's a great game that's always fun to come back to every so often. Despite how good it is, it really benefits from the addition of a couple of the mods.

Combat is usually great and can get challenging, especially if you go up against things that outgun you significantly. So I'd say the difficulty is a big plus.

There are also a lot of great creations on the workshop that you can check out and just use if you don't want to build your own ships.

Rimworld is a sci-fi colony survival game set on a distant Rimworld which is full of content for anyone to enjoy. Not only is the base game content rich, but the is a thriving modding community full of amazing QoL mods and content expansions in the form of weapons, robots, alien races, factions, buildings, foods, etc. etc....

It's generally a solid game y'know.

I've had this game for a very long time but my interest was really resparked when I heard Corgis had been added to the game. I really am a Corgi maniac to be honest.

Firstly, my biases. I am a fan of most things Paradox puts out and have enjoyed their games, even before I knew they were the glorious masterminds behind them. I come to Stellaris from EU4, two rather different games indeed. I've also watched the struggles of my fellow non-4x, non-Paradox friends trying to play Stellaris. I can certainly say with this knowledge that Stellaris is a Paradox game, if you know how to play Paradox games it really just comes to you quickly.

Now, I love Stellaris as much a mortal man may, well, not that much. However, I do really enjoy it. mI just have to preface one thing. I have somewhere near 150 hours in the game right now, of those hours atleast 135 have been played with mods. As a good little Paradox fan i enjoy the community they've built up around modding and how it helps their games. I would recommend Stellaris, not just for the solid basis and support the devs will continue to give it, but also because the modding community will be around for quite a while pumping out content you can enjoy and use to enhance your base game.

I really look forward to the incoming dlcs, story packs, and so forth that will come from Stellaris in the future as the devs delve into the addition of things mods have been adding already we'll see modders creating more and inventive things for everyone to enjoy and play.

I will be buying all the DLC, my wallet doesn't like me.
