Pros: Great graphics, awesome weapons, very positive and helpful community, tons of abilities and ways to use em. Lots of lore, both well thought out, and not. Lots of things on the side to distract from the grinding aspect so you don't get bored or overwhelmed. Entire player based trading economy with actually fair pricing as long as you don't go into the riven market. Makes for some good RP material on the side as well. THERE IS A CHARACTER THAT CAN KILL WITH CUSTOM MUSIC!!! The devs have been known to turn some memes into canon game material (See Clem, John Prodman, saying Potato instead of Orokin Catalyst/Reactor, and a lot more). Has built in Flappy Bird, Guitar Hero, and Street Fighter, along with a bunch of other ways to enjoy the game without the grinding aspect. Fashion frame game is on point.

Cons: Very repetitive gameplay, grinds are entirely RNG with good rates but low frequency of obtaining them. Let me explain what I mean by this: say you need a rare drop from a specific survival mission, in drop table C. Most "rare drops" are around 1-4% drop rates from respective sources, not bad at all compared to many other games. Every 5 minutes in the survival pulls one item from a drop table, either A, B, or C, in AABC repeat order. This means that you have to spend a minimum of 20 minutes in the mission for a 1-4% drop chance. Assuming you have bad luck with pseudo random number generators, this can take a really long time to get something specific. Whenever a big release of new content happens, there WILL be SEVERAL bugs. On one hand, its new, so of course it'll have some bugs, but... warframe has a habit of launching half baked updates more often than not. This can also be a good thing in some situations, but usually it blocks access to certain parts and makes the new release unplayable, so I'm counting it as mostly a con.

My biggest suggestion for new players is, check the wiki for basically everything, as many things in warframe have hidden traits that make them very unique amongst other things (Ex: Atomos will bounce between targets when it hits an opponent, like how the Amprex does, only the Amprex mentions it, the atomos doesn't. The Lesion gets bonus toxic damage and status chance when it procs a slash status effect. Inaros has 25% lifesteal on finishers. Certain bosses like Lt. Lech Kril can only take damage when frozen or burning via his suit, which can only happen if you shoot the tubes over his head or the plate on his back that they connect to. Most new players wouldn't know that, and often have a frustrating time because they don't know what to do.). Even things you think you know may surprise you. I have 3400 hours in game at the time of this review and I still learn things about weapons I've used for years.
