Its best to report:
Players who mash excessive inputs after each attack, this can lag the other players inputs greatly.
There are players that have Chrome or other software open while playing on ranked, which is considered 3rd party tampering if it drops frames, please be aware of what your rig can and can't do.
There is also hardware exploits like excessive 4K graphics on a 720p toasted potato.

How to win at "The game"
There are no laws in wars; only dogs & monkeys & sheep that believe there are law's that protect them, theses are the weak & insecure..
Players that are fragile; rely on short term teaching, best to build them in confidence in morale.
Surviving & planning ahead are crucial for the team.
Eventual ego & greed can lead towards selfish stupidity which breed parasitic behavior.
Parasites are useful even if they are prone to antics; it's how you build them in confidence that makes them have uses.
Use the parasites as: radar & landmines, long distance scouts to avoid theft/griefing; they make for quick second distractions & bait fodder.
Survive; only protect the rest that care to play to achieve the goal.
Never stop learning about the situation before, & as you fight it.
Avoid pairing those that only take from your team; extract all parasitic types of players as Distance/Scouts. Avoid playing with stupid leaders they are useless, & most times all talk..
Teach only the willing to learn & loyal.
Dogs are loyal.
Sheep are empty, & able to become monkeys.
Monkeys are program-able into dogs.
Upset monkeys sheep & dogs can become parasites, practice good morale.
Where morale fails is in parasites, & stupid leaders that don't enforce proper feedback.
Parasites kill Dogs Sheep & Monkeys
Parasites can become selfish or stupid leaders
Bad leaders become trolls
Kill/Kick all trolls from the pack...
