There are only two games I've ever played which I would truly consider "perfect." Celeste, and this. I would be doing a massive disservice to anybody who hasn't played this by saying anything about the story whatsoever, but whatever the price is when you are reading this, it's worth it. If you ever played the Myst games, this is reminiscent of those, but don't worry, significantly less puzzle-driven and more exploration/story driven (and oh boy is there a story). The soundtrack is also probably in my top 5, which adds immense depth to every significant moment in the game, so you have that to enjoy the whole time too. Overall, if you have any doubt in your mind about picking this up, just do it. It's worth it, you'll enjoy it, it's Myst on Super Mario Galaxy but casual, you really can't ask for a better experience.

I don't really even like platformers, but this game is by far one of the best experiences I've ever had. The difficulty curve is so gradual, you don't even realize how much you've improved until you take a look back. It starts so low and ends so high that this game can really be played by anyone, casual or completionist. The story told throughout this game is also likely the best I've ever seen in a video game, and every aspect of the gameplay is beautifly in-tune with current narrative, which makes this game just a masterpiece to experience. Definitely pick this one up.

For a drawn to life game, the story is bland, the adventure aspect is missing, the only thing you actually draw is your character, and every level is so trivially small and easy you can beat them in a matter of seconds. This makes much of the game a chore to complete as opposed to a challenge, and instead of being rewarded with progression after most of them, all you get is a sticker you'll never use. I was, and still am a massive fan of the original two games because of the connection formed with those characters and that world as a whole, and it breaks my heart to say that this game is a major let down to any fan of the series up until this point. I admittedly haven't finished the story, so maybe there's some big twist i just haven't gotten too, but the long I played waiting for this tutorial to finish so I could get to the real game, the more it sunk in that this shallow imitation is all that this game has to offer. The potential story almost writes itself, they could have gone with something along the lines of "as Mike wakes up after the accident, the world of the Raposa begins to fade and its your job to save it", but as far as i can tell, there is no threat or danger, and the whole game is just wandering around the hub doing favors for people. Everything in the game sadly doesnt rise up to the bar set by the previous two entries, so if youre a fan of the previous two, just let the story end there and youll be just fine.

A copy of the binding of isaac w/ a focus on multiplayer. really fun game w/ friends.

I've been playing this game for what feels like all my life at this point, highly, highly recommend it to anyone who likes the genre. endlessly replayable, and the workshop is always there to spice things up if they ever feel dull.

i prepurchased the $100 package of this game will all the dlc and and bonus featues only for the game to be made F2P with no refund and all my progress wiped. all i can say is i want my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ money back.
