and defaming can't be a reason of scamming. also there's no reason why i'm doing this if he didn't scam me.

he sent friend request to me first and told me he wants to buy it 90$ as steam wallet code. Then I sent him trade offer but it wasn't being confirmed by my email error(I've contacted steam help service by his suggestion). He logged out at that time so I thougt we should try it next day. But next day, he deleted me from his friend list, and I sent him friend request to ask him to send me 90$ code. However, he blocked his profile comment. So I commented on his video, then he keep deleting my comments finally he deleted his video.
In short, I swear to god and my parents and my ancestors, he never said I have small genitals, but he is trustworthy man. I just called him 'mother fXXker' after he scammed me.
