I dont like this game i really dont.
at first glance it seems to offer everything i wished from a medieval fantasy rpg but it just annoys the hell out of me.
You see im constantly looking for games where i can swing a huge ass sword just like the guy from the hit chinese anime show berserkman (rip eiichiro oda) heck they even added armors from said cartoon
But meele fighting in this game just sucks ass. fighting small stuff like humans and goblins is ok but combat with big enemies as a warrior is just boring as ♥♥♥♥, you either climb on them and punch them in their faces (which is by far the most effective but boring way) or punch their legs which might just be as effective as taking a piss on them.

the last boss of dark arisen for example is probably the most boring fight in the game as a warrior, just take look at it if you want https://youtu.be/W__uLPutbh4 your personal experience fighting that guy as a warrior will most likely not differ much. (i cant explain the silly jump spamming in the 2nd phase its really not needed, just climb)
And the game is completely unbalanced, im not even saying its too hard (trust me it isnt) it feels like there is no middle ground between dealing basically zero damage and popping a damage buff item and killing every boss in less than a minute.

And then there are wolves... wolves exist in this game only too annoy the player nothing more. They deal barely any damage and dont have much health BUT they can grab your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ leg and drag you which is just annoying enough too make me feel like removing every canine on this world from existence. (they can also spawn right next to you)
The sentence "Wolves hunt in packs arisen" which you have probably already red multiple times in various exhentai comment sections will be engraved in your mind for the rest off eternity if you wont disable pawn commentary. (there is a similar line about goblins)

Also pawns (your followers) are introduced as beings lacking emotions and willpower which makes them the second most boring thing you could have as a follower in a game next to stones. Luckily capcom added a variety of cliffs you can use to remove pawns from your party in case they annoy you as much as me or you simply fear the touch of men like the protagonist from aforementioned chinese cartoon.

Then again i hear people say that the magic combat is really good in this game but sadly im not a girl
