The user interface is atrocious, you can't click on anything and it's primarily trying to get you to pay for useless cosmetic items, you can't hear anyone near you instead it flashes a footstep icon in the general direction it's coming from, sniper rifles are too powerful and nobody knows how to play. it really is a free to play game and you can't report anything broken because you can't type anything into the "other report" area. it's definitely not for PC
