I’ve been doing this since high school and it helped really well. I called my friends joe, Cleveland and quagmire and i referred to my parents as Lois and the fat man, despite my dad being skinny. Sometimes I was Chris and other times I was Stewie, depending on which day it was. Most people didn’t have a problem with it before but now I guess it’s becoming too apparent, at work I referred to a politician as Mayor West, and called my city Quahog which got some raised eyebrows, I didn’t realize what happened until someone asked me, I literally thought I lived in quahog. Also most of my memories have been replaced by episodes of family guy, the other day I asked Joe (his name is Arthur) if he remembered that time my house wasn’t on the map so I called it Petoria and tried to annex Joe’s pool and had ghaddafi at my house but he got all weird and said it was a family guy episode. I genuinely believed it.

All of my political beliefs are from family guy too, which doesn’t help me any because I work with some hardcore leftists. A coworker hinted I should get therapy because they started talking about legalization and I started dancing while singing “and that’s why pot is baaaaaad” like Brian did in that one episode.
