I honestly should have left a positive review for this game a long time ago, it's one of the best games I've ever played and firmly in my top 10 games of all time. I love this one and would encourage anyone at all to go into it blind, play it, then get the dlc and play that too. Don't spoil this one for yourself, the experience is unmatched. 10/10

If you like deckbuilders like slay the spire, you'll love Balatro. This has consumed my free time recently and I'd do it again. 10/10, it really makes you feel like a Mega Buffoon

Excellent sound design, very satisfying gunplay, and regular updates that keep the game feeling fresh. This is my whole friend group's favorite FPS.

So far I am loving the game, the mechanics are simple, but well executed enough to be a blast. The way the game plays is largely reminiscient of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice in that deflecting or "perfect guarding" is the best way to give yourself an opening to do big damage. Also the aesthetics and the soundtrack are absolutely gorgeous. I will give a more thorough review once I have finished the game, but so far so good.

Haven't played much of this yet and I'm still not very good with the controls, but this game is one spicy meatball! I will add to this review after having played more if I remember, I just wanted to give it a thumbs up because I have no doubt this is a good one

The controls leave something to be desired, for example the block and parry button are the same button, so if you press the button trying to parry, but press it just a little too long, you will instead briefly block. The movement is rather floaty, I found myself unexpectedly sliding off of things after a brief movement input. In the first area of the game, at a relatively short distance, enemies were already visible sliding around in their neutral position, as it seems their animations only kick in when you get closer. Overall, the game feels unfinished. I will keep an eye on this one as the world and atmosphere seem excellent, but I refunded as is, and for now I can't recommend this game. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

Just came back and got the moon berry after all these years. I couldn't stay away because this game is just too fun and overcoming the insane difficulty is so satisfying. If you haven't already played this game, I can't recommend it enough.

If playing as a chef who heals with the power of soup and fights with a frying pan that can light people on fire and knock back projectiles sounds like a good time to you, then I'd definitely check this game out. This rapidly found its place in my heart as one of my favorite games of all time, and as an impatient man the highest praise I can give this game is that it got me invested enough to read the lore and earn all the achievements. Absolute 10/10

I almost never write reviews for games, but Inscryption is the most creative game I have played in a long time, so I felt compelled to leave a good review. I won't be going into detail about the game, as I would highly recommend going into it as blind as you can. The feeling of discovery I experienced as I played through Inscryption was second to none, and I cannot recommend this highly enough. Please don't spoil it for yourself, you'll be glad you didn't. IGN 10/10, it has a little something for everybody, and it really makes you feel like batman.

Anyone who knows me well knows that this is my favorite game of all time. I will abstain from raving over it too much in this review, but I think the most important things to note about this game for someone considering buying it are as follows:

1. This game has a huge emphasis on platforming. If you don't like platforming, Hollow Knight may not be for you.

2. This game (in my humble opinion) is an incredible deal, perhaps even the best deal I have ever seen for a videogame. For $15 max price you are getting hours upon hours of content. I have put 159 hours into the game so far and I still can't beat the damn pantheon of the hallownest (final dlc boss rush).

3. Team Cherry (the makers of Hollow Knight) is a lovely, beautiful team of only 3 people who care about the consumer and genuinely want their games to be as fun as possible, they are more deserving of the money for their game than most AAA titles and they sell it for one quarter of the price.

4. Knowing what I know now about Hollow Knight, I would have happily paid $60 for this game.
