Saw one of ur comments, i use external software "Steam Workshop DL" works with most games for downloading workshop items (I've only found 1 or 2 game it doesn't support, but I'm pretty sure it works for Stellaris, just need to do each mod URL individually and click "add to list" then it'll download em all at once when u click download. (check SWDL readme.) and pretty easy to use! Just a bit tedious in the process. Hope this helps! Happy Gaming!
