This man stalks me

I would like to update my previous post. This MAN has taken advantage of far too many victims and has created a network whereby he is able to identify female gamers and hack into their webcams. He is a very advanced PC (personal computer) user and has been doing dispicable deeds for years. I am unimpressed at JaGexs failure to ban this user.

this MAN is a sex addict and has propositioned me on multiple occassions seeking relief, do not play intimate games with him. he also has two computers and goes by many aliases to disguise himself but you can tell if he is in a game with you because his voice is rusty like a saw and filled with the tears of his victims and lovers.
