How often do you get a booster pack drop?

LOL Awesome for you to go for Emperor level. I've never even tried it; I'm such a chicken. I hate losing so bad that I won't even try it!! I'm glad you're enjoying it. How do you like G&K? I've been looking up mods and playing some of those. Some of the maps are freakin' sweet! I also got this AWESOME mod that allows me to see the map so I can decide if I like the map before I start (aka Uranium will be close by forever! lol). Anyway, Civ is the best!

Oh, yeaaaaaaahhhhh!!!! This time I kicked some boo-tay! I came out swinging and took the offensive and was basically at war for about 2 centuries. I denied every peacy treaty and just kept pummelling mercilessly. It was a struggle to keep my people happy, but whatever...I WON!!!! Ah, yes...Emperor Level...NICE. And now I have to see if I can keep going....

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! On my first attempt to beat Civ on the Emperor level, I lost by only 74 points! I want to scream! I just finished beating the game on King, so I thought I'd try Emperor. If I had lost by a lot, I wouldn't feel NEARLY as bad as I feel only barely losing 2129 to 2203. I didn't have any uranium anywhere in my territory, and of course, being at war, couldn't get my hands on any. But, if I would've had some uranium, I would have kicked butt, because I went agressively after my science and could've built bombs and the death robot and everything. And weirdly, this is the first game I've ever played, EVER, that I had zero uranium. DIRTY DOGS, THIS MAKES ME MAD! Now I have to try again, and this time I want REVENGE! : ) By the way, I LOVE this game!

Thanks for answering my question. I'm an idiot. So, G&K isn't what shows in my inventory, Civ V shows in my inventory. I was fooled by the fact that the movie and the graphics are now all G&K graphics and not the old movie and graphics that I was accustomed to seeing. Once I get into the game menu, I can select my old Civ V games and play them, and though I haven't officially played G&K yet, it seems like I should be able to switch back and forth just fine. I'm just dumb. Thanks for the message, though! : )

OK, so this might be a dumb question, but I loaded the G&K expansion (It was finally on sale for 75% off--woo-hoo!) and now I only have G&K in my inventory. Does Civ V go away? What if I want to play a regular ol' game of Civ V instead of G&K? Am I out of luck? Or is this a dumb question because there's some obvious way to switch back and forth and I'm just lame?
