The gameplay is unique, creative, balanced, the story does a herculean effort to expand the universe merely hinted at in Lobotomy Corporation, the music is ridiculously fantastic, the style and pacing spot on.

Unfortunately Valve only allows "Good" or "Bad", and despite a year of fantastic content and story, a bunch of children are throwing a tantrum the moment the ending hits. Storming the store page to slam out a negative review simply because you disliked the ending, in spite of the entire rest of the game, is just a Classic Entitled Gamer Moment.
