I don't like to write reviews on something at all because I don't know how to do it, but here I just can't be silent, so I will write and how it is customary to do it in native language and in the second, international. I have such a question for you: What are you gentlemen of Electronic Arts doing there if even studios leave you? And what are you doing anyway? All in order, I will now explain to you gentlemen what I mean. The fact is that this game will not work on Windows 10 x64 simply because it has a very old CryEngine 2 engine and the Gentlemen of EA did not want to optimize it for Win10 (Win11 I don't know honestly, but what do you think?) 64. But the point, Gentlemen, is that they did it after all, as it turned out. But there is one THING - not on Steam. So you Ladies and Gentlemen need to go to the original platform, you need to go to Origin or GoodOldGames, aka GOG. I checked it personally. Everything works there. But at the same time, nobody canceled the engine? - you ask. Yes, no one canceled it, so Gentlemen, you will have game crashes because the engine is not at all friendly with 64 bit on Win 10 as on Win8... but everything will go on Win7, and even they said there in her time that the game supposedly works better on a 64-bit system. What do you think? I'm not sitting in one place. Installed Win7, though 32 bit, installed crysis. Everything is fine. But it's better to take right away without this f**king in your native place(origin) for the game and you will be happy. About that, at the beginning I said about the studios, yes, it is. Crytek no longer releases Сrysis for EA. They're on their own now. Remastered of all parts came from Crytek itself and not from EA. EA has been there in the past. I don't know how it will be with Crysis 4 of course, which btw was recently announced, but you will not even find remastered crysis in their native Origin. If with the launch of the game it is solved with a purchase in Origin or GOG, then in the case of crashes, it is solved in my opinion at the beginning is not very obvious, but it is solved, in my case it was solved like this. If the 64-bit libraries are not working correctly for the engine, then what is the output? Correctly. F**k they need these 64-bit ones when there are 32-bit ones. Everything you do, where it is possible, in GOG for sure, I won't say about Origin, I don't remember, something I doubt about it, is go to the game folder and look for a 32-bit folder, exactly 32-bit because there will be another 64-bit one from which the game is launched by default, but you go to the 32-bit folder manually, and there is also a game, its 32-bit version, its EXE file, that is, executable file, it will be called as a game, however, this is not surprising, launch it and watch it helped you as much as it helped me. One more thing, Gentlemen EA, I am a person who thinks about other people unlike you, so that's the thing, it turns out that the original does not work for all people and remastered for many gentlemen with a weak PC simply will not work because of a small framerate. What should they do, tell them? If they don't play the old one because they don't know what needs to be tweaked there through your fault, and the new one is too demanding of GPU that are now cost like a car? Special thanks to Mr. Jensen Huang, the owner and founder of Nvidia for not doing dlss, but you heard me correctly didn't do it. Because there isn't one. It is available only to those who managed to buy its last two generations, the Turing 2000s and Ampere 3000s. You are all well done, why was it even embarrassing for me to tell you this, because you are so powerful, but at the same time you don't give a f*ck about ordinary people like my friends, friends of my friends and just people I don't know. The only thing you do is take from them their last funds that they could have invested on a piece of bread. Now to the game. Despite all this ♥♥♥♥. The game is gorgeous. It is definitely better than remastered. Original is always better than what they make out of it later. This also applies to the next 2 parts of Crysis-the 2nd and 3rd and to the stinky dlc warhead, which is essentially about nothing. I didn't play the first Crytek game, not without the famous first FarCry, so this is probably the best game for me about a tropical island. I will return there some day if I am alive and I wish it to you more than once. And EA is a shame for you for everything, and even for the fact that there will be a cherry now that you removed it from the Steam store.
And thanks to Valve Company for their assistance. They wouldn't let me write in Russian because my review would exceed the number of their characters.
