I understand that you're not the brightest so I'll explain it to you again. If your countries internet infrastructure is bad, you can have a NASA levels of internet speed, you WILL lag to others. That's why UK, Itally, Poland, huge parts of Germany and Russia are very problematic and even the neighbouring countries avoid them.
