Lots of fun. The kind of game where you could pop in for a mission or two, quick play can range from 30 minutes to 45. BUt you can also spend ages on it, like I did, 9 hours straight.
After 9 hours, it can get repetitive, but you're good to go the next day.

Tactical combat, squad, turn based, resource management. These make it less repetitive in the 0-4 hour range.
Are the issues with it, sure, but I barely notice them.

Mate, this game is amazing in and of itself. Hella fun. Problem is that steam and the developers are conning us out of money, in the sense that they advertise it as multiplayer, when in fact multiplayer does not work, at least for more than two players. You can just about play with two players, experiencing constant sync error messages. With three players or more, one player always gets kicked at around the three minute mark.
