Update. I still stand by my review.Game is fun and very playable even with bugs. If the game constantly crashes and has low fps on a high end rig its you not the game. And maybe take a little time to learn how the game mech work instead of giving a neg review because your mommie isnt there to hold your hand. Just saying
But to be fair, yes the maps are crap. Unrealistic gradient and resource placement on every map is pretty frustrating.
Negative reviews are not really fair.
Yes, you need a decent rig to play this. You Knew this. Not sure why anyone is acting surprised.
We complained for Years CS1 didnt look real enough and the simulation was bad. So they gave us what we wanted and yet so many complain because they can't play on a potato. Well what exactly did you expect?

It's Good. Love the challenge and random events.
Playing on Normal isn't too difficult or too easy either.
Haven't noticed any bugs yet.
Developer is actively updating game.
Not sure what everyone is complaining about. Just focus on housing and food, then upgrading, Then worry about tech tree. I'm guessing they're trying to do to much too soon. idk.

What I have been waiting for!
-Very playable for an early access. There are bugs but overall I am really enjoying this game. player community is quite helpful and devs are putting out updates pretty regularly.
-Be warned this game is heavy on the Micro Management and Production Chain aspect And will Not be for everyone. There is a learning curve and not much for a tutorial, although there is a basic Help tab.
-For 25$ US I think its a steal honestly, But this is my genre of game

EDIT: after 60 hrs now I still love this game. I play on Hard/Normal fires/1960 and wow it's a challenge. I usually make it 2-3 years and restart the map XD. Any small mistake at the start becomes a huge game ending issue just a few years in and I love figuring out where I went wrong and restarting.
-Some features not yet enabled
-Some of the "bugs" I encountered I think are by game design, put there just to torture the player, and I dont think I want it any other way!

8.5/10 - only because it is still early access. Once they polish and add the rest of the features I will easily give a higher rating

Great game once you get passed he initial learning curve. Don't believe all the negative things said about the game. The game is exactly what it was advertised to be. It seems people are upset because the game isn't what they "wanted it to be'' or it's "too easy with nothing to do". I suggest raising the difficulty then. I usually try to play at 550% or higher.

Having more skins actually makes the game better.
Looking forward to future updates... More planets perhaps?... It would be awesome to see the game develop to include Terraforming, more tech and futuristic buildings to use after the terraform is complete. Maybe even "mining Hubs" on different parts of the planet. I could see a single game being 100's of hours this way. Think cities skylines/Stellaris/civilization/mars hybrid. I'd pay for that.

Game is very forced and repetitive. Matches last only 2 or 3 hrs then you just repeat what you did next match ad nauseam. Not to mention it has only been out 1.5 years and there is already 8 paid DLC. Scam is all I can say about this game. 1/10
