Sweet, you sound a lot like me, but I am very frugile (I'm penny-pincher, low-spender). I've only played Borderlands 1 so far, with all the DLC (Level 71). Loved it! Brick for the win :)
I've also played Skyrim on PS3 and gotten all the trophies, aka achievements (platinum trophy), but sold it back before any DLC was out. I'm also a huge Assassin's Creed fan, loved AC1, 2, Brotherhood, Revelations, and 3, but haven't gotten 4 yet.

But I can say that I'll play it to completion at least twice. Probably just twice, not 3 times. Also, I waited for $5.00 sale (75%), and got both ME1 and ME2 for $10.00 total. These sales I think are very rare, and I only buy things when they are $5.00. Some people want DLC for ME2, but I don't think I got it with my $5.00 bundle, but I really don't care that much :) Now, skyrim, I will DEFINITELY want all the DLC (aka Game-of-the-Year version), but that might take until 2015 to get down to 75% off $5.00 sale! :terraria::gordon::bluewizard:

I don't want to spoil anything, but the story is really good to me. The series makes a lot of peoples "top 10" lists for best stories in games. The graphics are nice. The voice acting is often very good! The different alien races are really cool and interesting to me. It can be somewhat repetitive, but I don't mind. There's cool "spells" aka tech-energy powers. There's levels and training points for you and your squad. The squad is your choice. Some things can be dificcult like manipulating your way through cities and spaceship. You sometimes find yourself jogging around quite a bit, which can be mindnumbing or boring or tedious.
