Not as bad as everyone says it is. I found it quite enjoyable and better than IV.

Sony brought another excellent game to PC after Horizon Zero Dawn.

Days Gone is a fantastic open world game set in Oregon after a viral outbreak that made most of the people zombie a.k.a. Freaks. The open world offers a lot to do. You can choose your playstyle, you can be stealthy with the crossbow or can run-and-gun. Story and voice acting are great, music and in-game songs are superb.

The first playtrough on normal difficulty took 56 hours doing everything, unlocking all weapons, second one on survival II difficulty took about 22 hours mostly focusing on the main story line.

In the end game you fight against hordes the size of which can vary 50-500 freaks. Careful planning is adviseable before engaging, because they kill you easily if ya dunno what you are doing.

Game's optimization is so good that words fail me, it runs smooth even on mid range pc. Many gamemaker should learn from Bend Studio in point of optimisation.

I am looking forward to play next Sony game ported to PC.

Tried out with game pass, came here to buy and have the previous save files. The story is forgettable, but the open world and gunplay is awesome. Game is worth buying when on sale. If you liked Rage 1, you will probably like the sequel too.

First of all i played every Lost Planet game and i have to admit Lost Planet 3 (LP3) is not as bad as most gamer think or reviews describe.

You take the role of Jim Peyton who arrives at the new planet to earn credits to take care of his family. He realises soon it won't be an easy journey. The E.D.N. III. colony is seeking for a new energy source called Thermal Energie (TE) to solve energy crisis back on Earth and to save mankind.

Jim begins his work as a simple employee, he got his RIG ( a giant robot like in Titanfall). The game itself is very story driven, as you make progress in the main storyline you will get access to new weapons, upgrades to your RIG and weps. There are side missions that mostly award TE or special stuff like albino tarkaa DNA which can be used to buy player upgrades (qiuck reload, health regen boost).Try to explore the enviroment because there is a lot of collectibles to be found such as text- and audio logs, TE canisters and speciazied components most of which can't be reached at first due to lack of required equipment. You have to return that area later if you wanna collect tehm.

TE serves as money to buy new things for yourself, specilazed components are for upgrading your RIG. There are achievements which will be unlocked upon collecting all logs, buying all upgrades.

The planet is full monsters called Akrid. There is small and huge ones to fight, some are easy to kill some are vicious and can kill you easily. When Akrids are killed they drop TE that can be collected. Exploring the whole planet is a bit boring in the beginning until you unlock your RIG's fast travel feature. LP3 is very similar to Dead Space 3 (third person view, ice cold unforgiving enviroment, lots of monsters trying to kill you).

The game has good graphics, sounds and story line. It has full controller support, i was playing it with keyboard and mosue without any issue except one thing: you can rotate your RIG's claw by pressing F (not with W,S,A,D as the game says).

I don't think LP 3 is worth its full price but it is enjoyable and fun if you like exploring and killing giant bugs (Akrid). Give LP 3 a try if you can get it during a sale 8/10.

Shadow of Mordor (SOM) is a new awesome adventure game developed by Monolith. It is played in the Lord of the rings universe. SOM mixes some elements of other games for example combet system comes from Batman games, moving comes from Assassins creed games. The game has a brand new feature called Nemesis system which keeps you busy killing orcs and uruks trying to come to power.
There are a lot of collectibles in the game to be found. As you are getting progress in the story new abilities unlock that hepl the player to survive in the unforgiving world. There are many side mission which award you money to improve your weapons, focus, health etc. Powerful uruks (captain, warchief) drop runes and you can use them improve the efficency of your weapons. There are 10-10 missions in connection with your sword, bow and dagger to complete to make weapons legendary.

Hunting and survival chellenges allow you to know better the wild creatures and herbals of Middle earth. Each chellenge becomes harder to complete. Upon completing all the challenges achievements will be unlocked.

Graphics is excellent, controls are okay (i prefer using Xbox 360 controller for TPS games). I haven't encounterd any bugs in 20 hours, game runs smooth without any issue.

SOM is unquestionably the best adventure game in 2014 and even worth its full price. This is the game that everybody should try out 10/10.

Deadfall adventures (DA) is an FPS game where you play the role of James Lee Quatermain. The game has 11 missions in 3 different parts of the world: in Egypt, in the North Pole and in the jubgle somewhere in Guatemala. The mechanic is the same in every mission: find the hidden treasure, fight your enemies, solve enviromental puzzles to reach the end of the level.

The game focuses on exploration you can find hidden treasures that enables you to upgrade yourt skills (and unlocks achievements). Your enemies are german and russian soldiers who are seeking after the treasures, too. Ancient mummies are trying to take your life :). Mummies are invulnerable at first, you have to focus your flaslight on them which makes them vulnerable to any damage (just like in Alan Wake). Boss fights aren't hard at all, enviromental puzzles are easy to find out plus the game gives you hints. I collected everything during the campaign and game lasted 7,2 hours. But DA shows the way enviromental puzzles should be in Tomb Raider. Sounds are Ok, graphics could be better in 2013, but not bad at all.

Multiplayer is completely dead i haven't any games at least no matters the game mode. Some achievements are broken.

Is DA worth its price? Definetely not. If you are gonna buy this do yourself a favour and wait till its price drops under 8 euros. I feel lucky because i only paid 3 euros for the game. DA is an average FPS games, nothing special 6/10.

How to survive is a tps bird-view zombie survival game. There are 3 characters to choose from at the beginning of the game. The playable charcter's ship sank, and you arrived at an island where there is a viral outbreak that turned most of the people and animals into zombies. There is a man named Kovac who tells you the basics of survival and gives you useful tips to stay alive. Zombies are more agile overnight and new monsters appear! Light is your frind in the night and helps you not to be attacked by monsters because they are afraid of light, zombies don't :). Nights are very dangerous!

Main and side missions are taking place on 4 island, you can travel among them via planes and swifters. Islands are full of collectable items which can be combined into useful stuff and equipment. You can create armor, bows, molotov cocktails and even weapons (guns, shotguns, machine guns) etc.

Being a survival game you must take care of yoursef, too. You have to drink, eat and sleep to maintain you helath, strenght and condition. Pure water can be found in oasis and filled in empty bottles to carry with you. If you want food you can go fishing or hunting animals or just simply collect fruits. Raw meat and fish must be cooked before eating or you get sick because of the parasites. If you capture one of the safe houses from zombies you can sleep to prevent yourself from losing strenght.

Kovac has 12 monkeys who give you side quest for valuble rewards that make survival easier. upon completing all monkey quests an achievement will unlock. Missions are okay but sometimes a bit repetitive.

Graphics is good enough considering a low budget game. The game has challenge mode to test your survival skills, prepare to die.

I really enjoyed the game, i give it 8/10.
