This is Persia ! Very hard achievement won as Aq-Qoyunlu. Had to defeat the Ottos superpower multiple times while expanding everywhere.

Do you like puzzle games ? Myst, Portal ? Then you'll love The Talos Principle (aka TTP). When entering this game, you first impressions will be simple: you're an android lost in a amazingly beautiful world.

And then you hear a god-like voice from the sky. And then it appears that you must solve many, many puzzles to find your way out of this paradise. That can be a nightmare for your brain and patience, sometimes...

Your goal in TTP is to collect sigils to unlock new areas and, finally, go closer to this voice that keeps talking to you. Those sigils (that look like Tetris pieces) are protected by obstacles (walls, fences, magnetic barriers...) and you'll need to use your mind and your tools (jammers, cubes, laser beams, platforms...) to reach them. There's no tutorial whatsoever so you have to discover by yourself the rules and physics of this open 3D world. And I will not say anything more, just to prevent spoilers - one of the beauty of this game is precisely to learn how it works.

The puzzles are simple in the very beginning, but soon you'll discover that the designers have put a lot of imagination in the 120+ TTP puzzles. It becomes harder and harder, and some mid-game to late game puzzles are very, very challenging. Hopefully, you can leave a puzzle on which you're stuck on, go for another one, and then come back later with fresh ideas to test.

You'll need to learn all about this world, how to use the tools in many (surprising sometimes) ways, and while following the main story you can also collect secrets (stars) that will unlock new areas. Those are very difficult, and you'll even wonder how it would be possible to grab those stars...

TTP is *very* long. It took me around 40h of gameplay to reach the easiest ending (yes! there are many endings...) and I'll surely go for another walkthrough, just to collect the missing stars and try another ending - much harder, this time...

TTP is also served by a mysterious (and clever) storyline that you'll discover through text and audio logs. Something wrong definitly happened around there, and it's also a part of the game to find out what.

Wonderfully crafted (graphics, ambiance, music, sounds, level and puzzle design, story, secrets...), TTP is a masterpiece that you'll not want to leave until you beat it. This is not an easy task, period... but TTP is an ultimate experience, one of the best games I ever played, and I had lots, lots of joy to be lost in this world.

Thankyou for the time and effort spent,I will miss your content. As a non speaker of the French language it amazes me how little one needs to know of a non-native language to appreciate fine work when it comkes to gaming.
